Coating & Geometry Technology

Our advanced Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating is deposited via Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). This process creates a nano-structured film with outstanding surface hardness (up to 3300 HV) and extreme thermal oxidation stability (up to 800°C), making it perfect for high-speed dry-run operations.

The custom 140° four-facet point geometry reduces drilling thrust forces by up to 30%, which significantly reduces heat accumulation. It ensures excellent self-centering capability and limits delamination issues when exiting the cut.

Spiral internal coolant conduits channel high-pressure fluid directly to the chisel edge, flushing chips out immediately and keeping the active cutting lips cool, preventing edge chipping and thermal shock cracks.
